Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning

We understand the importance of pristine cleanliness for your Airbnb or short-term rental. Our comprehensive cleaning service ensures your guests arrive in a sparkling space, ready to enjoy their stay. And yes, we happily handle laundry and even accept last-minute bookings!

General Areas (All Rooms):
● Dusting: Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, décor, light fixtures, window sills,
and blinds.
● Vacuuming/Sweeping: Vacuum or sweep all floors, including under furniture and in
corners. Mop hard floors.
● Trash Removal: Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners.
● Air Freshening: Lightly freshen the air with a pleasant, neutral scent.
● Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold all linens (sheets, towels, etc.) and place fresh sets on
beds. (Included in service)
● Check for Belongings: Ensure no guest belongings are left behind.

Kitchen:
● Dishes: Wash, dry, and put away all dishes, cookware, and utensils.
● Countertops: Clean and sanitize all countertops.
● Sink: Clean and sanitize the sink and faucet.
● Appliances: Clean exterior of appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee maker, toaster).
● Stovetop: Clean stovetop and remove any spills.
● Oven/Microwave: Clean interior of oven and microwave if needed.
● Floor: Sweep and mop the kitchen floor.

Bathrooms:
● Toilet: Clean and sanitize the toilet bowl, seat, and exterior.
● Sink: Clean and sanitize the sink and faucet.
● Shower/Tub: Clean and sanitize the shower/tub, including the grout and showerhead.
● Mirrors: Clean mirrors and remove any streaks.
● Floor: Sweep and mop the bathroom floor.
● Towels: Replace used towels with fresh, clean ones.

Bedrooms:
● Beds: Make beds with fresh linens.
● Nightstands: Clean and dust nightstands.
● Closets: Ensure closets are clean and empty (unless designated for guest use).
● Floor: Vacuum or sweep the bedroom floor.

Additional Services (Upon Request):
● Deep Cleaning: More thorough cleaning for heavily soiled areas.
● Carpet Cleaning: Professional carpet cleaning.
● Window Cleaning: Cleaning interior and exterior windows.

Last-Minute Bookings:
We understand that sometimes bookings come at the last minute! We do our best to
accommodate these requests, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. While availability may
vary, we’ll work with you to ensure your property is ready for your guests.

Communication:
We maintain open communication with our clients. After each cleaning, we’ll send you a
notification confirming the service was completed. We also welcome your feedback so we can continually improve our service.
